Ruth (@ruthygarcia) is a Data Scientist at Skyscanner in London. She hold a PhD and MS in Information Technology, and a BS in Computer Engineering. Currently, she focuses on building machine learning models for online advertising tackling problems that involve ranking and bidding. She also studies and promotes ad quality metrics centered on the user experience. She has several years of experience in collecting, processing and analysing massive amounts of digital trace data aiming at understanding user behavior.
