Tiago Santos

Master in Electrical and Computer Engineering at FEUP, where he made the final year dissertation on the topic of “Wind Power Models based on data mining”. From this work emerged a new tool for forecasting wind power.
Currently, he is a director at Smartwatt Intelligence, developing research in the areas of renewable energy, energy efficiency, forecasting and optimization techniques applied to energy Smart Grids and electrical power systems.
He has a large experience to modeling process and forecasting tools. He is involved in countless projects which resulted in a set of forecasting tools.
